Reporting a problem
Please include the level number, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. Your iPhone model, iOS version, and Exitopia version help us investigate. A screenshot is useful if you have one.
Please don’t send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. We will never ask for your Apple Account password.
Common questions
Where is my progress saved?
Exitopia keeps game progress and preferences on your device. This version does not use an Exitopia account or provide its own cloud-sync service. Avoid deleting the app or resetting progress while troubleshooting; those actions can remove your saved game.
How do I change the sound?
Open the game’s options to adjust Music and Sound Effects independently. If audio is still silent, check your device’s volume and selected audio output.
Can I read a Note again?
Yes. Discovered Notes remain available in the game’s Notes view, and reading one does not remove its wall interaction. If a Note cannot be reopened, send us the level number and its location.
I’m stuck on a puzzle. What should I send?
Tell us the level, describe the room, and include a screenshot if possible. Say whether you would prefer a small hint or a full explanation so we can avoid giving away more than you want.
The game is not behaving as expected. What should I try?
Close and reopen Exitopia, then check whether an update is available through the place you installed it. If the issue continues, email us with the steps that led to it. Do not reset or reinstall the game just to report a bug.
How can I ask about my data?
Read our privacy policy or email support@exitopia.app. Use “Privacy request” in the subject line so we can identify your question.
